I would cut 3x celestial flare to sideboard,2x ordeal of heliod and 2x path of bravery from the main. i would add the god, Heliod, God of the Sun and an additional Ethereal Armor . i love mono white devotion and check out my list for some ideas- poor mono-white devotion

Ordeal of Heliod seems unnecessary in the deck. The card is rather mediocre in my opinion. Also consider dropping the Gods Willing . You're running Brave the Elements which affects all your creatures being white. If you do remove those consider adding a forth Celestial Flare for removal.

One thing i would suggest is maybe removing Celestial Flare completely. You'll use it once, then whoever your playing will just make sure they have a cheap creature to sacrifice when they attack if they see you have mana open. Maybe replace it with Pacifism or don't replace it at all to get your deck to 60.
Maybe replace Ethereal Armor with some combat tricks like 4 Dauntless Onslaught as well. The fact it targets two creatures allows you to get off two heroic for one card, always handy if your putting two +1/+1 counters on everyone due to multiple Phalanx Leader . Maybe adding another two and another Boros Reckoner for the Precinct Captain 's might help to get that happening more often.

thanks turtlebeast,I do agree that it is a one time trick so I took out 2x Celestial Flare , Youngster_Joey i took out the 2x Ordeal of Heliod i do agree that it doesnt quite fit however the purpose behind it was for heroic and maybe some buffer if i have a late game stall. Down to 60 after adding an additional Gods Willing and cant wait to test.

Ok, 1) Ethereal Armor is just a cheap trick and a waste of card slot. It doesnt buff the whole field, and its 1 removal spell away from being a 2 for 1 for your opponent.
2) dont listen to people about Celestial Flare . Some of the best cards in standard right now are prot from white, like Stormbreath Dragon and blood baron. If you play it smart, you can isolate the creature and take them out with a Celestial Flare . Not to mention it has the potential to get rid of attacking or blokcking gods as well.
3) Banisher Priest is a slide board card, not a main board card. Or at least not a 4 of.
4) take look at Heliod's Faithful. Its my deck that i have been tweaking for about 3 months now and based on your list, i think it is the direction you want to take.

While I agree with konawolv on the use of Celestial Flare
, it doesn't fit on main board here. Maybe if you were playing U/W Control or Esper Control, but not in Mono-white/White weenie devotion.
Running 20 lands is risky, I would bump it up to 21 or 22. Drop the Blind Obedience to sideboard for 2 Nykthos if you can, otherwise add 2 Plains.
I would also throw Brave the Elements to sideboard because you're looking to trigger heroic, so drop the 3 and put in 2x Dauntless Onslaught and 1x Gods Willing .
In terms of creatures, I would drop the Banisher Priest s to sideboard and put in 2 more Phalanx Leader s and 2 more Soldier of the Pantheon if you can.

As i see this deck right now, it needs to be a lil bit more streamlined. For instance, as bombshell as Elspeth can be, u just can't run her with 20-21 lands, the only time you'll cast her is when u flood out, and then she's probably not gonna save you. A land count of 20-21 is good for your overall mana curve though. I agree that triggering heroic is important as well, but would cut Path of Bravery and Blind Obedience over Brave the Elements (which is one this decks BEST cards, it wins games and protects ur guys). Banisher is awesome (a guy + removal/tempo). Also, as it is right now ur deck is about 1/3 lands, 1/3 dudes, 1/3 support that help the guys(for the most part). That will give u games where u don't have/draw enough guys. Esp. with all the removal in the format right now. Most aggressive curves like this only run 8-12 support cards, i personally like 8-10. So my suggestions are:
-2 Path of Bravery-2 Blind Obedience
+2 Soldier of the Pantheon+1 Precinct Captain+1 Heliod? (or Reckoner or Archangel of Thune) (i mean it is a devotion deck, lol)
-1 Elspeth-2 God's Willing (I would move all but one to SB for heavy removal decks)-1 Spear
+2 Phalanx Leader ( or any combo of Reckoner, Angel, & Heliod)+1 Ethereal Armor+1 Brave the Elements

Also consider cutting either the Herioc package or the Enchantment package, so that u can go all in on one or the other. Like if u drop the heroic dudes just put more Soldiers of the P, Reckoner, Fiendslayer, maybe Dryad Militant. Or if u drop the enchantments u can max out on heroic dudes and the heroic activating instants u are using.
