Myr Propagator does have uses, but it is not incredibly powerful.

Well, the addition of angels is good, but here is what I would do (I can understand if your certain playgroup or play style prefers it your way, its just that it would be a lot more powerful like this).
I would go -3x Replica, +3x Dispense Justice because you can either have a 3 drop grizzly that kills itself to slow down the opponents, or you can have them eliminate their own forces.
As well, -2x Propagator, +2x Journey to Nowhere because at the time you are making simple myr guys that can multiply, they might have out an Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre , which would not be fun to attack against.
Once again, just what I think would help this deck fight better, you do not have to take this advice if you do not want to.

Didn't completely follow your suggestions because i would like at least one propagator, but other than that I followed your advice because it sounds good. Let me know what you think

Alright, I can understand keeping one Propagator as an alternate win or just for some myr spewing, but yeah, this looks good.
The Journeys should help stop an opponent overwhelm and the dispenses can really throw off a tempo.
