Mono-White Angels as played by Todd Stevens. The list is 75 cards, but it works really well in best-of-1 as well (in fact I like it better in bo1).

Besides just being a solid deck in general, it has the added benefit of possibly tricking your opponent into thinking you may be on Selesnya Tokens or White Weenie for the first couple turns.
