A concept for GRN-Standard.

Arclight Phoenix + Rekindling Phoenix are the backbone of the deck being able to return and provide that consistent board presence.

You start by setting up with Runaway Steam-Kin and/or Guttersnipe while keeping the board clear with burn spells. Once a Steam-Kin and a Phoenix are in play, the fun starts.

Control the board with burn, hopefully get a Primal Amulet   out and flipped, then build up enough mana, using Steam-Kin and Jaya Ballard and mana support, then finish with a kicked Fight with Fire or Banefire.

Jaya Ballard + Risk Factor + The Flame of Keld can help restock your hand as you inevitably dump it, since mono-red is gonna mono-red.

Sideboard options against heavy creature decks include Electrostatic Field + Goblin Chainwhirler and a second Star of Extinction to clear pesky boards or Planeswalkers. Banefire comes in over Fight with Fire against control, and Goblin Cratermaker + Lava Coil are great flex-spots against any colorless threats or creatures that need to avoid the Graveyard.
