My take on a Mono-red Insolent Neonate deck. Inspired mainly by the Budget Standard Insolent Red deck from mtggoldfish.com

The goal of this deck is to swing for the face, or burn the opponent's face (preferably both). Insolent Neonate enables madness or swings for damage (remember it has menace) in the early game, and can do both later on. Ravenous Bloodseeker is another madness-enabler, and also lets you get rid of your hand so Lupine Prototype can come out to play.

Hanweir Garrison is also quite valuable. It replaced Incorrigible Youths from the original deck at mtggoldfish.com, as it can meld with Hanweir Battlements to create Hanweir, the Writhing Township and provide sacrificial tokens for Westvale Abbey  . I have yet to find a better replacement for Bloodmad Vampire though.
