It hopes for an Experimental Frenzy on the table beside a Skirk Prospector to cast a bunch of Sorcery speed token makers and sacrifice them all for at least as much as they costed to cast more off the top of the deck (we net mana imprinting sorceries off Semblance Anvil Because of a theoretical surplus of creatures, we get to use some very good ritual effects that regular storm just can't pull off: Battle Hymn and Infernal Plunge.

The monocolor landbase with fetches is specifically because of Experimental Frenzy. The fetches simultaneously do two things: They thin the deck so you see less lands when comboing, and they shuffle away unwanted cards from the top of the deck. So play this like you would a valuetown deck: Crack the lands only when you need to.
