Budget Mono-Blue Wizard Merfolk Deck. The idea is to attack without creatures to block (with Blink of an Eye and Exclusion Mage ), or with opponent's creatures tapped ( Watertrap Weaver , Merfolk Trickster ). Some control instant to keep the board clean and some cards to fill my hand ( Seafloor Oracle , Silvergill Adept ).
