So it is no secret that mono-blue picked up some nice help with Fate Reforged with Frost Walker and Cloudform.

This take on mono-blue splashes white for Ephara, God of the Polis, and takes on an enchantment sub-theme to create a card-drawing engine.

The breakdown:

The cast- Frost Walker and Vaporkin . Decent alone, but, they are elementals... Which pairs well with...

• Master of Waves. A staple.

• Cloudform a virtually unkillable flyer that adds to devotion.

• Ephara, God of the Polis gets crazy card draw and can activate pretty easily.

• Thassa, God of the Sea similarly activates easily, scries to dig for what you need, and can close a game out with unblockability.

• Hypnotic Siren the lone 1-drop is most often used to deal some cheap early damage and chump block. Drawn late, it steals a creature or, in an unexpected play, can give you own creature flying to get fatal damage through.

• Riptide Chimera may seem like a joke, but he is a power-house of interactions in this deck. Bouncing an early game Hypnotic Siren so you can recast with bestow? Bouncing a Cloudform over and over? Bouncing a Banishing Light when a new, bigger target hits the board? Bouncing a Fate Foretold for endless cantripping? Bouncing the siren turn after siren just to keep triffering Ephara.

• Meletis Astronomer , odeal of thassa, and Fate Foretold fill the 2-drop slot and all work to draw cards while adding to devotion.
