Post Theros Mono Blue Mill by Konaftw.

This is my side project for standard, it is a budget build based on https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/2310269#paper for the post Theros release.

I've tried to take advantage of some of the nice enchantment interaction in the form of the 2 mana Preordain, Omen of the Sea as well as the new Sage of Mysteries, which pairs naturally with Drowned Secrets.

I have also adapted the UB version of the deck in the form of a complete game 2 change thanks to the Sideboard. the focus with this is to add in some hefty removal along with some amazing counter spell capability in Drown in the Loch.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
