This is my Fate Reforged Standard deck, Mono Blue Devotion. As for card choices everything is fairly expected for what a MUD build is trying to achieve so I will only highlight a few

Triton Shorestalker: Turn 1 evasion and another blue mana symbol on the field (can also turn into a win con if an ordeal happens to land on it)

Mindreaver: Our ideal turn two play , he is there to essentially replace Tidebinder Mage.

Cloudform: Two Blue mana symbols and the chance for a flying/hexproof Thassa? ummm yeah i'll take that.

Icy Blast: Whats better than a bunch of Elemental tokens? A bunch of Elemental tokens when all of your opponents blockers are tapped.

Ordeal of Thassa: Turns our measly 1/1 unblockable into a 4/4 if left unchecked, not to mention it helps us draw into more gas.

Monastery Siege: There for looting and it adds devotion, but the second mode also adds versatility.

Master of Waves: The all-star of the deck. Puts out massive amounts of tokens for the killing strike.

Thassa, God of the Sea: Helps us draw into more gas and can be an alternate win con as a 5/5 Indestructible.

Game Day Fate Reforged Results — Feb. 15, 2015

I played this list in Fate Reforged Game Day today and I am happy to say the deck went 3-2 and nailed me a spot in top 8 here is a breakdown of the rounds

Round one= Won 2-1 against U/W control

Round two= Won 2-0 against Mono Red Cruise

Round three= Loss 1-2 against U/B Control

Round four= Loss 1-2 against Soulfire Burn

Round five= Win 2-1 against Temur midrange

Unfortunately I lost in the quarter finals 0-2 against the same U/B control list that beat me during swiss. I think it is easily one of the worst match-ups for this deck.
