A Mono-Blue Tempo-ish deck inspired by its counterpart currently in the Standard metagame. The power level of the Modern format is much bigger, but I think that this deck could be a nice budget gimmick that could be very fun to play against a wide variety of decks. The strategy of the deck boils down to getting a one mana creature in play on the first turn, and then stack Curious Obsession on it. That will be our win condition as well as our card advantage engine. The rest of our deck is composed of ways of protecting our VIP, so we can end the game that way. The deck is kept with a low curve to be as efficient as possible, and so that we're able to protect the enchanted creature even with 2-3 lands. I'm looking for ways to improve the deck, so I welcome any kind of suggestion, as long as its justified. Any up-vote would be very appreciated, and thanks for taking time to check it out!
