Mono-Blue is probably the best color for control, as it has removal, countermagic, answers, and all of the card draw.

The wincondition normally is to Palinchron + Phantasmal Image + Blue Sun's Zenith/Braingeyser/Stroke of Genius to draw you deck, then repeat recasting Blue Sun's Zenith over and over again killing each opponent.
