Budget Standard deck idea I got from here that was changed since it was first built, so I figured I would post my rendition of the original deck.

The goal is to get out cheap flyers early, and then be able to boost them up with Skyship Plunderer and Favorable Winds, while controlling your opponent's side of the board to peck away for the win.

The Sideboard is very much a work in progress, and just has some filler cards in there right now for adjusting against artifacts and creature decks while also being able to keep the mana curve low by subbing Chart a Course for Opt post-board.

This deck is originally intended to be a budget deck, but I am personally looking to make it a bit more competitive, so please shoot me your suggestions!
