A simple budget friendly mono blue faerie deck.

It's a tempo deck, the win condition is simply to attack with flyer until your opponent as no life left, while preventing him/her from doing anything by bouncing and countering their stuffs. Additionnaly you can use the Mistbind Clique and some bouncing to lock the opponent out of the game in mid to late game.
