A Mono blue control list

Side Board is pretty janky, tune it to however you like. Working on a 2 colour variant as the pay off for going mono colour feels a little lacking.

Neat thing about the list: -Engulfing your own hulk lets you recast it. -Planeswalker and large beater wincons. -Blast to play. -Get to be an autistic mongoloid and make every round go to time. -Mono colour lets you go heavy on the utility lands -Never get colour screwed.
