Fairly simple, cast Sidisi, Undead Vizier, send her to the graveyard unless you can afford to cast her again, find Ad Nauseam, and cast ASAP or when you're certain the table is out of interaction. Wins at sorcery speed are simple, you need no extra mana after Naus. Just play out your rocks and rituals, possibly a Skirge Familiar and find some combo - I promise you, you'll have at least one, or at least tutors to find missing pieces - Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth into Walking Ballista usually gets there. Aetherflux Reservoir + Bolas's Citadel + Sensei's Divining Top is my personal favorite. If all else fails, Grindstone + Painter's Servant removes people. Winning at instant speed takes Shimmer Myr, and you can essentially do anything at instant speed that you could do at sorcery with that on the field.

For some reason I feel like this deck is missing something, yet I can't place my finger on it.
