This is my most recent build, a Momir Vig Control/Combo deck, and I adore it.

Overview

Momir Vig, Simic Visionary has always been the most interesting commander to me since I first got into the format. His ability to tutor for any creature seemed super good.

The point of the deck is to use Momir to grab things like Acidic Slime and Terastodon to control the board. Then, you can wait until you have built up a hand of counterspells, and tutor for both Deadeye Navigator and Peregrine Drake to generate infinite mana, and find Memnarch, generally causing the table to scoop.

Momir Vig Protection

Darksteel Plate and Whispersilk Cloak are the main protection pieces for Momir. Beyond that, using counterspells and our tools to protect him also work well.
