This is the Pauper version of my similar-concept deck for Standard.
Build 'em up, break 'em down.
Our principle enablers are Atog, Reckless Fireweaver, and Disciple of the Vault. We cast lots of cheap Artifacts with a preference on direct damage, maximizing their effect with the Fireweaver on the way in and the Disciple on the way out. Meanwhile, Atog gets big and we enable Golem Foundry which further enables our principle threats, as well as creating a small army of mid-sized attackers. With all our 1-Mana Artifacts, it's very possible to trigger the Foundry in a single turn and do so more than once. I had Salivating Gremlins here but want to keep the creature count low and Atog's toughness boost puts him over the top for me. Since we'll be getting in lots of direct damage, I don't feel Gremlins' Trample is as relevant as it otherwise would be. We also have Shield Sphere and Accorder's Shield to keep us safe. The Accorder's Shield should actually be quite helpful to keep all our creatures out of Bolt Range and the shield package in general is just excellent free damage fuel.
We also have removal in Galvanic Blast and Executioner's Capsule or direct damage in the former. A single copy of Scrapyard Salvo is our finisher when we have 6+ Artifacts in the graveyard. If I'm not mistaken, we could conceivably tap our Artifact Lands for it, sac them for Atog to pump him to 7/8 (and possibly hit for three off Disciple), then use the three Lands in the graveyard to be hitting for another three damage with the Salvo, giving us a really good chance at closing out the game, but I'm not sure if that's kosher with the rules of when the Lands actually reach the graveyard.
I think Cogworker's Puzzleknot would be valuable here (three total triggers in its use) but we're heavily in B/R and I'm not sure of a seamless way to integrate White without harming consistency elsewhere. I had Vulshok Replica in here but I want to prioritize keeping the CMC down low and utilizing more cheap artifacts to enable other things.
Let me know what you think. In a way this could be seen as Burn with more steps, but I also think it's a lot more interesting.
