This deck is based around the success of the mono black devotion deck and turning it into more of a control oriented deck splashing red for Mogis and more powerful removal. The deck still runs gray merchant and other common mono black cards such as thoughtseize and hero's downfall but uses the long game to take over using Mogis. The amount of disruption can dismantle opposing midrange and control decks with great sideboard options for aggro strategies.
