Enchantment (140)

Artifact (40)

Well... this is a modifier deck. Its similar to planechase or defeat the hydra decks, but its made of global artifacts or enchantments. I put here all the ones i like, but you could select any you want, with the only rules that:

1) It does NOT targets any player

2) It does NOT select any color or creature type

3) It does NOT becomes a creature

4) It does NOT have activated abilities

// As a tip i searched them in gatherer without ":" and "you" //

How does it works? Its simple: You shuffle the deck at the begining of the game. NOTE that this is not a deck that someone plays, think about this as a planechase deck. Then you reveal the first card and put it in play, and the effect goes on.

Each enchantment or artifact is considered as a player or a modifier, so its life is equal to its CMC. The damage, as with any player, is cumulative and once it reaches its CMC its considered dead. At the end of the last player's turn (before player 1 plays) each modifier lose one life, so it could change eventually.

Once the modifier's life becomes 0, put the art or the enchant in the bottom and put the next in play. As its a player, efects that targets player can target the art or the enchant, but they are not considered artifacts or enchantments, not even permanents.

If, for some reason, the modifier would draw a card it puts that many cards in play instead.

It does NOT cast the arts or enchants as they are players not spells. It has no hand so discard effects won't do anything. And the cards in the library are not considered any card type (they are not artifacts, enchantments, sorceries, or instants), but they are considered players or modifiers as well.

Efects that makes a player seach for something in the library can't target the modifiers. If a global effect makes so, just shuffle the modifiers deck instead.

There can be any number of modifiers in the field at the same time, with a minimum of one.

Phenomenon

As addition, I included instants and sorceries. They act as the phenomenons in planechase. Once the efect is done just put it in the bottom.

Similar to the enchants or arts, the sorceries and instants MUST be global with the following rules:

1) They do NOT target anything

2) They do NOT select any color or creature type by themselves

3) They are NOT split cards

4) They do NOT have "Choose one-"

The effects triggers once the previous modifier was destroyed and the new one (the instant or sorcery) comes in play.

The "Each player" triggers for each player and each modifier. For example if there are two modifiers in the field and a card say that each players draw a card, each modifier triggers separately and you put in play two new modifiers, one for each one in play. The same goes for damage.

If there is an option to choose if the player does something or not, the modifiers ALWAYS DO IT.

If an instant or sorcery says that it has to be exiled, ignore the exile and put it in the bottom instead.

If an effect would make a modifier scry, that modifier draws that many cards instead.

If an effect would make a modifier gain life, remove that many damages of each modifier on the battlefield instead. The same with loss of life, but dealing damage instead.

If an effect would make a modifier put a token onto the battlefield, it would trigger for each modifier on the battlefield. Each of those tokens blocks the attacking creature with the higher power if able.

If a modifier would take X extra turns, it draws that many cards instead, This triggers for each modifier in the field.

Its just a modifier and the idea is that you still focus on defeating your opponent, that's why they loose one life at the end of each round.

If you like it share the idea with your friends, you can comment and give suggestions as well.
