Sideboard

Maybeboard

I fell in love with treefolk back during Lorwyn-Shadowmoor and I still enjoy playing them more than anything. The deck itself started as a kitchentable brew and has become more competitive over the years. I'm taking it to a small local tournament tomorrow and thought I'd update this to get some last minute opinions or advice. (Or maybe just to get my thoughtprocess out.)

THE BREAKDOWN

Treefolk Harbinger, the mighty tutor. Most of the time it finds Bosk Banneret or Leaf-Crowned Elder on turn one, sometimes finds the land you are missing. On later turn it gets out Doran, the Siege Tower or Timber Protector to end the game.

Bosk Banneret cheapens 15 other creatures in the deck and allows the turn 3 Leaf-Crowned Elder

Dungrove Elder is a power house on it's own. Doesn't need Doran to hit hard.

Leaf-Crowned Elder casts any creature from the top of the deck, for free. Starting turn 4 by casting any of the 4+ CMC trees is just just so satisfying.

Timber Protector buffs everyone on the board (even the lands) and comboes with himself.

Sapling of Colfenor keeps you alive since the manabase is rather painful. It also draws you cards on the side.

Orchard Warden, if the Sappling doesn't get you healthy enough and it's a hitter on it's own.

Doran, the Siege Tower, the buttmaster himself. 3 mana 5/5 that turns all the little treefolk into serious threats. Buffs all the other creatures except Dungrove Elder

RemovalAbrupt Decay gets rid of everything in the house and garden. Uncounterable, hits everything except lands. Absolutely wonderful.

Path to Exile for all those pesky creatures that are too big to be run over.

Nameless Inversion, tutorable removal, Leaf-Crowned Elder casts it for free and can sometimes be used as a Giant Growth.

Maelstrom Pulse excellent removal, takes care of multiple permanents at once.

Thoughtseize to disrupt the opponents gameplan and secure your own.

Night's Whisper and Painful Truths for carddraw, since the deck needs gas to keep going.

I looking for ways to make my deck more viable in the competitive scene. I know running Siege Rhinos would make the deck stronger overall, but I want to keep the treefolk focus as it was the idea in the first place.

What could I do to my manabase, or am I too heavy on the removal?

Especially any comments or thoughts on my sideboard, which is currently a wreck, would be greatly appriciated.
