This is just a modern deck that I've been brewing around. Right now it is a mono blue deck that's main focus on bringing out sphinx' tutelage and using the natural card draw/ advantage you gain from divination and pour over the pages to control and mill your opponent. Jace's phantasm gets big and can be an alternate wincon and defense from creature based decks like the coco decks.

Let me know what you think, and I am open to suggestions on how to tweak it. I am trying to decide to add white for a control theme with ghostly prison, or go with black to add in cards like wright of the precinct six to add a bigger meaner creature from doing what the deck does best.

What are my biggest threats from modern? What should I sideboard?
