Sliver deck built to get value from slivers having inherent value by sharing the board. Coco and Vial help achieve this by accelerating the board state. Initially designed in the era of Twin and Eldrazi Winter, this version still has echoes of a more midrange than aggro deck.

The main reason this deck is worse (currently) than something like Humans is the lack of disruption focused on keeping the opponent from winning like Humans can do with Kitesail Freebooter. Diffusion Sliver is better at dealing with removal than Thalia, but Thalia is better in more situations, especially when the opponent isn't interested in interacting. The benefit to playing slivers is the absurd staying power once a board has been established with cards like Sedge Sliver and Sliver Hive comboing very nicely with Manaweft Sliver to leverage a board presence into a winning position.

The sideboard consists of some silver-bullet style effects to beat certain decks and some other generally good effects meant to shore up some archetypal match-ups.

Darkheart Sliver: Aggro, Burn, & Storm
Frenetic Sliver: Removal & combat heavy matches
Harmonic Sliver: Affinity & Bogles
Necrotic Sliver: Planeswalkers, Tron, or manlands
Opaline Sliver: Interaction heavy decks
Screeching Sliver: Grindy matches & tech against Lantern
Surgical Extraction: Dredge, Storm, & other GY decks
Telekinetic Sliver: Tron lands & battlecruisers

Changed the deck from the initial design which came about during the age of Twin and Eldrazi winter. Deck is less midrange and much less greedy in terms of the mana base.

Biggest issues seem to be the Tron matchup along with removal based control decks. Really don't like Blood Moon and Blood Sun, but there doesn't seem to be much that I can do about that aside from hope to land Harmonic Sliver with Aether Vial or Manaweft Sliver/Gemhide Sliver.
