This is for local FNM level events. The goal is to start learning the Tron mechanics while gradually building a deck over several months.

I do not want to use any expensive temporary cards; either get the final ones or very cheap replacements.

I can reuse 4x Razorverge Thicket and 4x Path to Exile from another deck. I won't count them in the total cost, deducting $80.

If you consider this list for yourself, just replace them with 4 other lands and 4 useful cards from the maybeboard - most of them are very cheap.

First things to add after this version:

• 2x Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger
• 2x Ugin, the Spirit Dragon
• 3x Oblivion Stone

Please suggest better or cheaper starting cards, so I can stand a better chance, or fit in an Ulamog or two within budget.
