I think mill is actually one of my top favorite strategies, but the way this deck does it is a bit unusual.

Instead of just mass-mill, there are draw factors too, like Howling Mine and Thought Scour . I run Jace's Erasure in order to play heavily off this draw factor.

Hedron Crab and Memory Erosion are ESPECIALLY fun because the crab makes even laying your lands painful for your opponents and the erosion causes headaches. The crab can chump-block too if you need it to.

Doorkeeper counts itself and Hover Barrier in its effect, plus the barrier and Jace's Phantasm both have flying.

I threw in Snapcaster Mage for some replay-shenanigans, and it makes a great surprise-blocker.

Together, with mill-spells and the mines, the milling process can accelerate pretty quickly. The engine can run even FASTER if you can call on Jace, Memory Adept !

With all these crazy things going on, you should be able to mill out your opponent before he can kill you.

One other thing: obviously the 7-card hand size limit would normally be a problem, which is what Reliquary Tower is for.
