First off, no. Having more than 60 is never okay. I can go into the reasoning for that if you want. But the hard rule of thumb is the max for a deck is the same as the min -- 60 cards. But the deck has a lot of creatures that aren't tokens. You also have a lot of higher drop cards and only 20 lands. 20 lands is normally okay for a deck that tops out at a CMC of 3. Not so much for a deck that tops out at 6 and has a considerable number of 4 and 5 drops. As such, I would cut all your creatures spare Hero of Bladehold. I would also increase your amount of turn one plays via Lightning Bolt, Path to Exile, and targeted discard (Thoughtseize/Inquisition of Kozilek).
