Warning: this is an incredibly all-in deck!
Game plan is to
Turn 1: Suspend 0-4 Lotus Bloom
Turn 2: Wait
Turn 3: Wait
Turn 4: Use the mana from the Lotus Blooms and rituals to get to 7 mana to play and activate Goblin Charbelcher targetting your opponent.
Since you don't have any lands in the deck, the Belcher activation turns over all cards in your library and deals damage equal to the number of revealed cards (generally lethal)
If that doesn't work you can build up resources until you have a critical mass of rituals/mana sources.
Gitaxian Prome and Street Wraith simply cycle through your deck to find the gas they need.
Ornithoptor and Memnite are in the deck to take advantage of Infernal Plunge and Paradise Mantle and potentially Mox Opal
