A variant on Taxes, taking the concept of Leonin Arbiter + Ghost Quarter but adding Assassin's Trophy for max mana crippling. Any ideas / thoughts welcome! Had two Collected Company in the first build, but it was too tricky to AetherVial in a Flickerwisp to shut off the arbiter. Biggest issue right now is whether I want kitchen fink or Knight of Autumn

I like the idea of flickering back Eternal Witness to keep the trophy in circulation. Haven't even playtested yet, its a "first build"
