lookin good! my modern izzy deck is focused on planeswalkers and board control, so i love seeing variations. mine is Izzet Counsel
some fun differences are, i went Sleight of Hand over Serum Visions . i dont run Epic Experiment cause it kills my planeswalkers before i can play them, but with all ur Flames of the Blood Hand Electrolyze and other <= 3 CMC blast cards would make experiment pumped 3 times a decent 5 cast. specially with Goblin Electromancer . In addition Time Warp would b fun to experiment out in later game, possibly even a win condition if u can free cast enough blast with it.
anyway, my izzy deck is deffintly a work in progress. i dont know if u play urs irl, but ill b watching to see if any changes happen with some play time. :)

MODERN Izzet

i see that this is dated a year ago, but i would love to see an update on it. now with the new rav set. Ponder and Preordain are now banned in modern due to storm abuse. and mayb the new Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius if u didnt like Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind . mayb now u can opt out of the arcane spells and move towards Izzet Charm and other new staple izzet cards.
