A Modern Mill deck that is one of my favorites.

CREATURES

Hedron Crab is the best turn-one play for this deck. It can block 1/1s all day and can chump block later. Typically this will mill about 6-9 cards until it dies.

Snapcaster Mage reuses removal or mill cards and being able to chump block or trade is always good

INSTANTS AND SORCERIES

Mill:
Glimpse the Unthinkable and Mind Funeral mill large amounts at a time. Archive Trap mills a lot and if your opponent merely cracks a fetch land then you can cast it for free.

Removal: Mana Leak deals with troublesome spells. Damnation can sweep the entire field to keep me alive long enough to win be mill.

Utility: Visions of Beyond is essentially a late game Ancestral Recall and it refills your hand very effectively. Dimir Charm can counter sorceries, kill small guys, and ruin your opponent's draw while milling them two or it can help you draw a card while giving you snapcaster mage targets

LANDS

All the essential blue/black lands with the inclusion of Nephalia Drownyard for more mill and Ghost Quarter for land destruction and to help let me use Archive Trap more efficiently.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

Thought Scour was originally included for the early cantrip and the small mill that comes with it. It was removed later when better cards had to be added.
