My first stint with Magic was in Theros block so I still have a good portion of these cards from a old mono blue standard deck. I left the game right before Dragons of Tarkir because my playgroup disbanded. I'm still pretty new to the game but I remember how much fun I had playing that Mono Blue deck and figured it was a good place to start. Basically my win con is to make a bunch of tokens with Master of Waves and Oona, Queen of the Fae then make them all Merfolk with Arcane Adaptation then beef them up and make them unblockable. Secondary win con is to try and mill out opponent using Oona, Queen of the Fae and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx. Looking for feedback as this is the very first deck I've ever built from scratch.
