Sideboard

This is a modern homebrew Azorius deck that uses mostly cards from the "Return to Ravnica" block. The main focus of this deck is to keep the opponent at bay with instants, enchantments, and mana-cheap creatures before you can drop a mana-heavy spell such as Isperia, Supreme Judge, Archon of the Triumvirate, or Righteous Authority. The alternative win condition is getting the 5 filibuster counters on Azor's Elocutors. The deck isn't meant for competitive play, and is just the product of my interest in the Azorius guild. I know there is a type of Azorius deck that focuses on exiling creatures, but as of now, I'm not going to be putting much time and effort into this deck because I only play it for fun. Most of the cards in this deck are just ones that I have pulled. The only card that was bought independently was Isperia, Supreme Judge.

Updates Add

So I recently have been getting back into MTG a little bit more, and thought I would update this page, so that it reflects the actual deck as it stands now. Again, I must reiterate that this is a casual deck, but can still be fun to play. The "Detain" ability that is unique to Azorius is the ultimate method in rendering your opponent's strong creatures completely ineffective.
