A variant of the Modern Amulet of Vigor Combo that utilizes a strong mage network (your bread and butter cards for this being Tolaria West and Muddle the Mixture).
Basic networking:
Tolaria West -> Summoner's Pact -> Primeval Titan (the standard combo)

(Muddle the Mixture ->) Vedalken AEthermage -> Trinket Mage -> Amulet of Vigor (your first ammy got blasted)
(Muddle the Mixture ->) Vedalken AEthermage -> Echo Mage (you have the spells for the finishing hit) /

The finishing combo: In case the enemy deals well with the first wave of titans: Get an Echo Mage to lvl 2, play Natural Affinity somehow and resolve it, play
War Flare
and start copying it with the echo mage. Because the copy resolves before the original, everything untaps and gets +2/+1 (your lands are creatures) letting you copy the original over and over again until you creatures are infinitely strong. The combo needs alot of mana but since
Summer Bloom
+ Primeval Titan + Amulet of Vigor + Lotus Cobra produce a shitload of it, it shouldnt be a problem.
With
Kaho, Minamo Historian
you need even more mana if you want to cast both spells off him, since you need to play
War Flare
first, then copy it, then resolve the copy, then play Natural Affinity (both from the Historian) then copy
War Flare
again.
