Wins by 'racking' the opponent via The Rack once they have little to no cards in hand. You can also find the Rack via Urza's Saga (hence, 8 'racks'). If the rack isn't fast enough, some Mishra's Factory or construct beats can close it out quickly after you work to clear the board. Liliana is the most versatile card in the deck, acting as both creature removal and a repeatable source of discard.

The deck suffered last time I played it due to not having enough pressure to close out games after initially controlling the first few turns. Adding Voidwalkers seems counterintuitive in a smallpox deck, but they helped tremendously in a few games acting as another source of damage and drawing additional cards out of my opponent's hand (re: removal) to allow The Rack to close out most games. Turns out when you're the one playing the Smallpoxes, Voidwalker works on your schedule just fine.

I think the fact that I didn't drop a single game this time proves that the deck is better-tuned and has solidified the MD for the most part. The SB will need updated once the meta adjusts to fewer Rhinos and Living End decks with the Violent Outburst ban (which I'm salty about since I have both those decks), but the changes will be minimal.
