This is a Deck primarily centered around Mizzix of the Izmagnus. It is a partially Competitive deck but I've never taken it to a competition.

The theme of this deck is use early game to ramp up experience counters from Mizzix via small draw, removal, counter-spells, and proliferation instants and sorceries. After getting a solid amount of experience counters from Mizzix, the secondary goal is to take advantage of large X spells, and inevitably use copy effects and damage sources to burn the opponents or make them draw their entire deck.
