This deck is a control deck that aims to land a mizzix early then use politics plus counter spells to stay alive until you can get to a point where you can start to play extra turn spells at ridiculously cheap costs thanks to mizzix. Then chain those with draw spells until you find Enter The Infinte which allows you to draw your deck. You should only cast Enter The Infinte if you have enough mana to play it with 1 blue and 2 colourless mana spare to play Laboratory Maniac if you still have Tezzerets Gambit or Treasure Cruise or Compulsive Research left in your library if not you need 2 blue pare to play an extra turn spell. (this is all assuming you have around 6 experience counters).
