Idea of the deck is a complete refusal to pay full mana-cost for big fat wurms without re-animation. Obviously you can use Sneak Attack and Show and Tell, but there's a third, funner, faster way.

Fairly simple, use Artificial Evolution on Goblin Lackey or Warren Instigator to get the Wurms out for a mere two mana (suck it converted mana cost of 11 creature). I've been able to get two wurms on the field on turn two in testing, but turn 3-6 seems the average.

Ideal play:

Turn 1: Volcanic Island and then play Goblin Lackey

Turn 2: Volcanic Island or Lotus Petal and then play Leap (or Aqueous Form) & Artificial Evolution on Goblin Lackey or Warren Instigator to bring out a big fat Wurm.

Also included Goblin Dark-Dwellers as a nice beefy back-up goblin that allows me to cast any instant or sorcery for free from the graveyard, especially if I had to discard Artificial Evolution and Warren Instigator has double strike.

Also, yes I know this deck is expensive, it's more a thought experiment then an actual deck, although the only expensive cards are the lands, so I'm sure you could replace them with Shivan Reef or the like...

Some things I could use some help with: Haven't put too much thought into my sideboard, and still not sure how necessary the Lotus Petals are. Also, never could decide between Gamble and Merchant Scroll.
