The Deck

This is a budget minded, old-school turbofog (that actually has Fog). The aim is to be able to play fog against every attack and mill the opponent for a win.

The Turbo

The turbo part of turbofog is to ensure you always have a fog ready to play. For this deck I've grabbed Dictate of Kruphix and Otherworld Atlas. Howling Mine a typical choice for turbo, but I will wait to see how much I like playing the deck before stumping up for a set of those.
