As Mizzix isn't filling the void in my EDH storm desire, I started looking at other commanders. Rakdos has always been my fun color pair, and Miss Kolly seemed to synergize neatly with some big, emptied warrens. I apparently wasn't the only one who thought so, and so a lot of cards I've put in this list were based off their Kola-Storm list

Mine is a tad more budget, which essentially means I could be running more tutors and more of the big pieces (Necropotence and such), though I am running more of the Storm finishers because I'm not purely focusing on combat. This allows me to still kill when a wild Ensnaring Bridge pops up, and I think helps make up for the lack of tutors. Brainspoil was also added to help with that.

After some play testing, the deck performs really well. Currently considering more discard or counter-counters to keep the combos protected, as holding a Burnout in hand with a Necrologia can get me through a lot. Also the amount of ways I can pop out a win and prepare different lines of play is also really cool, for example setting up a Mizzix's Mastery win but drawing out removal and counterspells by putting out Aetherflux Reservoir and holding a Recoup in hand to try to recast the Mastery next turn if things turn sour. Never doubt a Volcaning Awakening line, especially 1v1, as blowing up the opponent's lands to start swinging with Kolly gives you a good clock.
