My friends and I are doing a commander gift exchange and I was given Mirri to make a deck with. I don't really play Seleysnya and I'm not huge on tokens or going wide but I just want to have fun and be as competitive as possible.

The max budget is set at $300.

I would like some help moving some cards from the sideboard to the mainboard (the mainboard is mostly a shell I borrowed and sideboard are cards I think would be fun to include somehow) but want to keep maximum efficiency / synergy / mana curve.

I'm not concerned about going infinite or anything, but I don't really build EDH decks and keeping track of the right balance of ramp, rocks, card draw, etc., is difficult for me, especially in colors I don't normally play.
