Mirri is unique. You can build her as voltron, go wide tokens, or even stax. I've chosen to build her as a combo engine. I could run any general at the head of this deck, but I have a soft spot for her in my heart and her dueling grounds mechanic both protects me while I build my combo board state and let's me closeout a game with combat damage later on. The deck does a decent enough aggro impression with it's low-costed creatures, and it can definitely put the pressure on early if left unchecked. That's not main goal of the deck. Instead, we're trying to get Aluren + Enduring Renewal + a sac engine onboard, so we can chain combos together.
