I like Mirko since he mills for lands so the basic deck tech for now is centered around Mind Grind, Trepanation Blade, and Consuming Aberration. I'd use Fabricate to find Mindcrank, Strionic Resonator or Keening Stone. Dimir Infiltrator is very useful in tutoring out most of the milling artifacts, creatures, and spells that you might need too including Mindcrank, Strionic Resonator, Mind Grind, and Duskmantle Guildmage.

Side note- I want to take out some things for Extract from Darkness , Fathom Feeder , Ob Nixilis Reignited, Ixidron and/or Silence the Believers . Probably Hedron Crab, Geth, Lord of the Vault, Jace's Erasure, Howling Mine, Fireshrieker, or Into the Roil.
