This is my first ever attempt at a standard deck. I have always wanted to make a minotaur deck, so when Amonkhet came out I got really excited. I noticed that most of the minotaurs involve discarding so I thought they would pair well with the madness mechanic.

Doing things like using the Merciless Javelineer activate ability, you can control when you discard - thus making cards like Murderous Compulsion and Distemper of the Blood that much better. Also, I liked the idea of using Tormenting Voice to get more cards while still being able to activate cards with Madness. Cut / Ribbons is there because I figure if I don't have a card with Madness, I can still play it from the graveyard.

I am still playing around with creatures. As matchgrizzle pointed out, there are some options I am testing. I am still a novice, in many regards, so feel free to tell me if I am making a rookie mistake like needing more mana or having too many sorcery/instants. Any help is greatly appreciated.
