This is a Keiga, the Tide Star deck - tonnes of clones, shapeshifters and replicator abilities to abuse the legendary rule to steal everyone elses' creatures once the clones/tokens hit the graveyard. Blue control until you have enough mana to get Keiga out, protect it and then take control of everything you want on the board.
