Seismic Assault, one of the cards characteristic for the extended deck that inspired this list, is going out. I realize it is not that good in this list, but I kept it in as a pet card for a long time. Although I really like it when it works, in many cases it is a dead card in this deck. I should probably run a Borborygmos deck I want seismic assault to shine ;). I'm going to add an additional draw card in its stead.
I am also going to cut Dragon Broodmother. I like the card, but often times I do not have RRR at turn 6 with this list. At first I was going to replace it with Tendershoot Dryad but I decided to go for an additional land instead: Misty Rainforest. The list could use another land, and fetches are just great with landfall and M&D.

The short answer is that they are opposite to what I want with this deck: unpredictability. Scute Mob and Dragonmaster Outcast are both build-up type cards that telegraph your intentions to the table and increase your threat level before you receive value from them. You can read more about it under “build considerations” in the primer section.
