I have been trying for ever to make a good compitive mill deck. When thing in the ice came out. A friend and I were talking about it might be a good back up way to win a game for mill. This deck list is just me playing around with the idea.

Thing in the ice combined with Consuming Aberration. I think makes a cool power fore. Thing in the ice clears the way and consuming Aberration gose in for massive damage. (He is also a horror)

But that being said The main goal is still Milling your opponent! Thing in the ice is just for back up plan.
