Pirate themed creature mill deck to make use of Navigator's Ruin.
Keep Siren's Ruse handy to protect troops/draw a card/unflip an attacked creature to block the next turn.

If your opponents get wise to your milling tactics, simply switch out the mill cards for the sideboard including Favorable Winds and you have a version of favorable pirates that does not rely on mill at all!
