The idea is to mill, just mill, if that doesn't work as planned, mill some more. All the cards are pretty standard milling based cards with Void Snare in there just to prevent a bit of damage if Traumatize or Jace, Memory Adept don't show up when they are needed.

There should be no reason to use Jace, Memory Adept's +1 unless you are forced out of cards in your hand. His 0 is devastating with the constant hits of milling.

Chronic Flooding is a great card to irritate opponents.

The Sideboard needs work though, I need something to take on speed decks full of Goblins and such. I'm looking forward to Taigam's Scheming, not sure what it will replace when it get's here though, maybe pull Encrust.Clone and Consuming Aberration may have worn out their welcome, Consuming Aberration in particular just isn't effective in this setup.

Dispel and/or Negate are if you play someone who is also playing blue, they try to counter Traumatize or something like that and you nip that in the bud. The trouble card to avoid is Psychic Spiral. If that get's thru it will make things hairy for you.

Encrust stays in on the off chance someone has Elixir of Immortality
