Trying to put together a thematically appropriate Sphinx Tribal deck with Egyptian themed creatures. It's a work in progress and is not meant to be competitive, just for fun.

Some simple and obvious focuses and notes on this deck:Your primary focus will be to get Sphinx's Tutelage and Consecrated Sphinx onto the field as soon as possible, this can relatively consistently be done by playing Sphinx's Tutelage on turn 3, then on turn 4 (assuming all your land cards are or ) High Tide into Consecrated Sphinx.

On turn 1 you can try and get a Thought Scour off or save it for Sphinx's Tutelage.

On turn 2 you can get a Jace's Erasure on the field to begin your milling.

After turn 4 I would recommend beginning to set up some defenses. This means Propaganda or Ghostly Prison. Keep using High Tide to maximize your mana per turn to get creatures out as well. Having Consecrated Sphinx on the field twice, plus Dictate of Kruphix can do wonders combined with Sphinx's Tutelage.

An easy and efficient combo is to ensure you have Consecrated Sphinx and a Sphinx's Tutelage on the field, pay 1 for Energy Tap, tap Consecrated Sphinx, pay 2 and 1, plus the from Energy Tap to play Sphinx's Revelation to gain 6 health and mill your opponent for a minimum of 12.

Having a Consecrated Sphinx a Sphinx's Tutelage and a Dictate of Kruphix on the field means every turn the opponent will have to draw 2 cards, this means you draw 4 cards, this triggers a minimum of 8 milled cards guaranteed every turn. 2 Sphinx's Tutelage's boosts that to 16 milled cards and adding another Consecrated Sphinx means you draw 8 instead also boosting it to 16 milled cards.

The biggest mill I've personally managed (in game, not theoretically), was from playing Sphinx's Revelation to draw 6, with 2 Jace's Erasure and 3 Sphinx's Tutelage already on the board, for 48 milled cards, on that draw I got a Thought Scour and had 1 left, which added an additional 10 milled cards for 58 total.

Updates Add

I've played and refined it since my initial concept and so I've updated the deck with a purpose of improving consistency and intensifying its focus on milling.
