Muldrotha Graveyard/Self-Mill {Permanents Only} (Under $50)

Self-Mill:

Muldrotha, the Gravetide wants your library in your graveyard. So this deck focuses heavily on that, with cards like Altar of Dementia , Mirror-Mad Phantasm (can mill entire deck with Lazav, the Multifarious ), Forgotten Creation , and Ashiok, Dream Render .

Graveyard Shenanigans:

Since you'll have a large graveyard that you'll be playing out of, this deck focuses on cards that utilize with the graveyard. Some of the best cards for this are Rot Farm Skeleton , Izoni, Thousand-Eyed , and Kessig Cagebreakers .

ETBs/Death Triggers:

You'll want to keep recasting your creatures for their triggers, so sacrifice outlets like Carrion Feeder and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord are important. Abusing ETBs & Death Triggers, from cards like Crow of Dark Tidings , Reef Worm , Sidisi, Brood Tyrant , and Aether Spellbomb , can help you pull ahead and keep your opponents at bay.

Lands Matter:

There's also a small amount of landfall in this deck. Cards like Burnished Hart , Springbloom Druid , and Font of Fertility can help get extra lands out. Cards like Avenger of Zendikar , Rampaging Baloths , and Khalni Heart Expedition benefit from landfall.

Recursion:

Recursion is important in this deck, so you can play more than one creature from your graveyard per turn. Cards like Animate Dead , Champion of Stray Souls , Strands of Night , and Memorial to Folly aid in this goal.

Lastly, the main WinCon in this deck is Primal Surge , this can put your entire deck on the battlefield (since this card is the only non-permanent in the deck). As long as Jace, Wielder of Mysteries is on the battlefield, all you have to do is plus-up him to win.
